Wholesale Terms for Unbreakable® Umbrella models U-111 and U-115

Minimum order quantity: Three (3) umbrellas, models U-111 and U-115 may be mixed to add up to the minimum quantity of three, for example, one U-111 and two U-115.

Warranty and returns of wholesale orders of Unbreakable® Umbrella models U-111 and U-115

Returns
Wholesale orders of Unbreakable® Umbrella models U-111 and U-115 may be returned within 7 day after their delivery to you. The umbrellas must be in new, unused condition (subject to our evaluation), with all tags and sleeves included. For returns, we will refund the price of the merchandise, less shipping and handling, and a minimum $15.00 restocking fee. Credit to your account will be issued in the original form of payment.

Warranty
We honor warranty claims on wholesale orders of Unbreakable® Umbrella models U-111 and U-115, according to terms of our Limited Warranty, only from the wholesaler who originally purchased these models. Defects covered by our warranty are to be documented with photos transferred to us, using a file transferring service, for example, https://wetransfer.com. Returns for repairs or refunds must be shipped from the wholesaler, and repaired umbrellas will be shipped only to the wholesaler.

Unbreakable® Walking-Stick Umbrella in Self-Defense: How to Hold It and How to Strike with It

Whenever an umbrella gets wet, leave it open to dry. Allow the umbrella to dry fully before folding. Otherwise mold will grow on the umbrella’s fabric. As mold grows, it creates enzymes, which digest the fabric’s fibers on which it is growing, causing permanent fabric damage and weakening, with a result like this case described.

Our Unbreakable® Umbrella is for defending against elements (in every meaning of the word) and not for clowning. It is covered in a high-quality waterproof fabric, not in abrasion proof or slash proof fabric, because it has to look, weigh, and work like a normal umbrella, so do not expect this fabric to be undamaged by striking objects with the Unbreakable® Umbrella.
