What’s New with Unbreakable® Umbrella
The Mancave reviews the Unbreakable® Walking-Stick Umbrella
Today, December 21, 2018, The NTOI Unbreakable® Walking-Stick Umbrella was reviewed on The Mancave (true reviews). Here is an excerpt from the review:
“The NTOI Unbreakable® Walking-Stick Umbrella is a way to protect you from the elements but can also help protect you from a would-be attacker, while maintaining an unassuming appearance.
“First of all the NTOI Unbreakable® Walking-Stick Umbrella repeals the rain well and it’s length also makes it a great walking stick as well. The unit looks great and I was amazed at how smooth the umbrella lets out. It doesn’t just pop up, but it somewhat glides when expanding. It has to be the smoothness release system I have seen on an umbrella. It also has a hair trigger, no struggling with the button on this unit.”

Still Under the Radar
Wikipedia’s entry on umbrella, subheading “For protection against attackers,” makes no mention of the Unbreakable® Umbrella. So, it still flies under the radar. Good, let’s keep it that way. And now hear how powerful the strikes of the Unbreakable® Telescopic Umbrella can be:

Just a quick testimonial . . .
“I often practice with my Unbreakable® Umbrella [Premium model U-105] using an Everlast PowerCore Freestanding Heavy Bag. My daughter’s boyfriend saw me practicing and asked about the umbrella. I offered it to him and said “strike the bag as hard as you’d like.” He did. The blow to the bag destroyed the column attaching the bag to the weighted base. The umbrella was unscathed. Amazing product! Good work.

Warning: Fakes and Knockoffs on Amazon and Elsewhere
More and more often we are contacted by people who were cheated, mostly on Amazon. They wanted to buy the Unbreakable® Umbrella but were sold a cheap and weak fake. When the fake breaks, they contact us and learn they have been had–they are not likely to get a refund from the Amazon’s Marketplace seller nor from Amazon itself. Below is a video showing how one such fake, the Indestructible Umbrella™, compares to the authentic Unbreakable® Umbrella.

“As a martial arts practitioner I decided to work this product a little bit myself. I practiced against standing striking bags and placed enough weight on it to break a traditional umbrella. The results revealed no damage to the structure or material of the umbrella. … The rainstorms under which I have employed it were also accompanied by strong gusts of wind. The umbrella never wavered or collapsed. Impressive indeed. Five stars.” Read the whole review at www.amazon.com/review/R34FT0BOW61M9Z/ref=cm_cr_rdp_perm?ie=UTF8&ASIN=B00C2TI14E

Unbreakable® Walking-Stick Umbrella reviewed by New American Truth
New American Truth, an e-magazine dedicated to emergency preparedness, survival, and personal protection, has reviewed the Unbreakable® Walking-Stick Umbrella. Here is an excerpt from the review:
“Every baton-trained cop, and every Filipino stick-trained martial artist, has always lusted after an ordinary, common, everyday device that could be wielded like a baton or Escrima stick, mostly for those places and situations where a firearm was not permitted. We contented ourselves with canes of various weights, materials, and strengths. `A cane is a common thing that many people carry,’ we told ourselves, `no one will think of it as a weapon’. Of course, we ignored the fact that canes went out of fashion for gentlemen as the 19th century drew to a close, and that a fit-looking man or woman carrying one definitely looked out of place.
“I have no idea how the Unbreakable® Umbrella escaped my notice until now. It is the kind of quirky, brilliant, innovative, and practical thing that I love. Imagine an ordinary-looking, common, black umbrella that has the strength and resilience to strike heavy bags repeatedly with full force without any damage, and be fully operable and functional as an umbrella immediately afterwards. And I mean completely ordinary-looking–not extra big, not super-beefy. Dead ordinary: that’s how the Unbreakable® Umbrella looks. Yes, it’s covert! Even when it’s sunny, an umbrella never looks out of place, and you can take this with you anywhere in the world, anytime. Hey, it’s just an umbrella!”

Ideal Tool of Self-Defense from Never-Thought-of-It
“The ideal defense weapon! My first choice when it comes to my personal safety.—Hendrik-Röber, Authorized instructor of Irish Stick Fighting Doyle Style, Albstadt, Germany, www.isfworldwide.org
Media Appearances
“The frame of this umbrella is extremely strong. While walking around the city with a sword is unthinkable (and illegal), this umbrella even fits a business suit.
“An excellent investment in terms of defense and rain protection. Stick fighting capability also distinguishes the well-made and surprisingly hefty `self-defense umbrella,‘ which has a lifetime warranty.”—Messer Magazin in its special July 2011 issue of Schwert & Klinge (Sword and Blade), in an article on Bartitsu.
“This could be the only brolly you ever need. Not only is it strong enough to support the weight of a fully-grown man, it can also be used as a self-defence weapon.
“When wielded with appropriate force it can strike with the power of a steel pipe, and has even become a weapon of choice for the personal security guards of the president of the Philippines. It will keep the rain off, too.”—MSN Tech&Gadgets, February 1, 2011.
“A peculiar mix of genteel elegance and chilling weaponry.”—Gizmag Emerging Technology Magazine, October 10, 2010 issue.

The Unbreakable® Umbrella works just as well as a walking stick or cane but does not make you look funny or feel awkward. Whacks just as strong as a steel pipe but it weighs only 1 lb and 11 oz (775 g).
- Legal to carry everywhere
- Never raises suspicions
- Does not make you look silly (no strange looks if carried by an able-bodied person)
Do you know how to swing a baseball bat? Do you know how to strike with a sturdy stick? If you do, you know all you need to know…
“As a Defensive Tactics Instructor and one who works with law enforcement and military personnel, I am usually quite critical of `self-defense fads.’ However, I don’t feel this product falls into that category. I think it would make for a very viable self-defense adjunct in someone’s arsenal. It is a very innocuous utilitarian object that most people would not look twice at. That is, until they felt it’s capabilities first hand.” —Mike McGuire, Edmonton, Alberta
