Shipping and Handling
We ship our products by U.S. Mail in packages stamped or imprinted with name and address of Never-Thought-of-It LLC.
Shipping costs for orders shipped to the U.S.A. addresses
Shipping by Priority Mail for umbrella orders going to the U.S.A. addresses is FREE. Yes, for umbrella orders shipped by USPS Domestic Priority Mail there is no shipping charge! Priority (Air) Mail from VT to anywhere in the U.S.A. usually takes up to 4 business days.
For urgent orders we offer Express Mail shipping, which costs $60.00 for the first umbrella to an U.S.A. address, plus $20.00 for each additional umbrella.
Attention! Signature Required
Recipient’s signature is required on orders shipped by Express Mail and orders valued over $100.00. Please make sure that an adult is available to sign for the package during the expected time of delivery.

Risk of Loss
All items purchased from Never-Thought-of-It LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received your package, you will need to contact your local USPS branch to resolve the issue. If USPS provides proof of delivery, your order will not be eligible for a refund.
